NEET is an offline exam conducted in the conventional pen and paper mode. Every year lot of students prepare to make their dream a reality and all they need is accurate NEET syllabus to prepare. Note: The option of medium of question paper must be exercised while filling up the application form and the option once chosen will not be changed. Candidates opting for English would receive question paper in English only. Candidates opting for Hindi would receive NEET question paper in Hindi and English. Candidates opting for regional language would receive question paper in thier respective language and English.

The formula to calculate NEET Score = (Correct answers X 4) – (Incorrect answers X 1)
No marks will be awarded for unanswered questions. Changing of answer is not allowed. Multiple answers will be considered as incorrect response and will be negatively marked.
The Exam will cover both, class 11 and class 12 syllabus of 3 subjects. The duration of NEET Examination is 3 hours. Candidates will be awarded +4 marks for every correct answer, while -1 will be deducted for every incorrect answer. The language of the question will be English, Hindi, Tamil, Assamese, Oriya, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Urdu, and Telugu.
