Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about the NEETprep partner programme.
No. The referral-partner and test-centre programmes are free to join. Your students get the NEETprep discount, your school gets the test centre and (once 20+ join) the dashboard — NEETprep funds the platform, the question bank and the support.
When you share your unique referral link with a student, NEETprep remembers the coupon in their browser for 48 hours. If they buy any NEETprep course in that window — Target batch, Score Booster, test series, PYQ bank — the 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout. The same coupon code also works on the NEETprep Android or iOS app.
The link is yours permanently — share it any number of times. The 48-hour window applies per individual student: after a student opens your link, their personal discount is locked in for 48 hours, but a different student who clicks your link tomorrow starts their own fresh 48 hours.
Yes. Your unique coupon code is shown on this page right after you sign up. Students can enter that code at checkout on the NEETprep Android or iOS app and the 10% discount will be applied. Get the Android app at https://neet.ink/npweband and the iOS app at https://neet.ink/npwebios.
A computer lab or hall with at least 15 working computers/laptops, a stable internet connection (broadband or 4G hotspot), and an invigilator on the day of the test. NEETprep provides the CBT platform, the test schedule, the question paper in NTA pattern, the answer-key and the analysis. NEETprep does NOT provide hardware — that is the centre's responsibility.
The partner dashboard unlocks automatically once 20 or more students from your institution have signed up to NEETprep through your referral link. There is nothing you need to do to activate it — you will receive an email from NEETprep with login details as soon as the 20th student joins.
Aggregate, anonymised metrics for students from your school: how many joined, how many are practising, mock-test attempt counts, average mock-test score and topic-level weak areas (e.g. 'Cell Biology — average 42% in last 4 mocks'). Individual student answers are never shared.
Every paid NEETprep course the student is eligible for — Target batches (Fresher and Dropper), Score Booster, NEET test series, PYQ bank and question-bank courses. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and stacks with any ongoing NEETprep sale on the platform.
No limit. Every student who opens your referral link gets their own 48-hour window. The same coupon code works for unlimited students across unlimited devices.
Within two working days for the referral-partner programme — your unique link and coupon code are generated instantly on submit. For test-centre applications, the offline team will reach out within five working days to walk your school through the hardware checklist and schedule the first mock test.
